# No **invoice**, no count.

This is how Olelo Intelligence proves revenue recapture. A dollar counts only when a call is matched to a finalized invoice in the shop's own system, and each invoice is counted once. Estimates, no-shows, jobs that would have come anyway and anything unmatched are never counted. The same rule runs at every shop. We would rather undercount than oversell.

## What is never counted?

An estimate, a no-show, a regular who would have come anyway, a missing invoice, a double count. None of them make the total.

## How does a call earn a count?

Every dollar walks the same five steps. Miss one and it does not count.

## Why not just report a booking rate?

Booking rates are promises. Invoices are proof.

### A self-graded percentage.

The tool defines the metric, measures it and reports it. A booked appointment that never shows still counts, and nothing is checked against what got invoiced.

### A dollar checked against your books.

Olelo reports a dollar only when it can point to the invoice. If the car never came in, the number does not move.

## What is the difference between traced and booked by the AI Assistant?

Two terms we use, and what each one means.

- **Traced**: Revenue followed end to end, from a call Olelo touched to a finalized invoice. It is revenue we measured, not revenue we claim to have created.
- **Booked by the AI Assistant**: Jobs the AI Assistant booked on its own, on calls your team never answered. The strict floor: nobody else could have won them.

## Can I check the numbers myself?

Yes. Every counted dollar points to an invoice number in your own shop system. Pull the invoice, read the transcript and check the match.
