# Olelo On Deck: practice calls for service advisors

Olelo On Deck is call practice for auto repair service advisors. They take practice calls on their own phone from virtual customers with hesitations they never say out loud, built from millions of real shop calls. Every call is graded on six skills and your shop's own scorecard, and managers see who is practicing and what to coach.
