Olelo Intelligence connects to each shop's phone system and shop management system read-only and writes nothing back. Its AI Assistant answers only the calls your phones forward to it and hands the call to your team when it should. Texts go out only after verbal consent and a Send Gate check. - Read call recordings from each shop's phone system, so every call can be scored.
- Read repair orders and invoices from each shop's management system, so a call can be matched to the work it produced.
- Answer the calls your phones forward to the AI Assistant, such as overflow and after hours, and hand the call to your team when it should.
- Alert a manager when a job is at risk.
- Text a customer who said yes on the call, after the Send Gate clears the message.

### Olelo never

- Creates, edits or deletes a repair order, invoice or customer record in your shop system.
- Texts a customer who has not said yes on the call.
- Sends a message that has not passed the Send Gate.

## What does the AI Assistant do on my phones?

The AI Assistant answers only the calls your phone system forwards to it, such as overflow and after-hours calls, and hands the call to your team when it should. Its bookings land in Olelo's appointment list, and it changes no records in your shop system.

## How are customer texts handled?

Only with spoken permission. When a customer agrees on the call to receive texts, Olelo can send the follow-up, and the Send Gate checks every message before it goes out. No consent, no text.

## How do I get a DPA, and who handles privacy?
