Marketing call attribution vs call‑to‑invoice proof.
Marketing call attribution shows which campaign made the phone ring; Olelo Intelligence scores what your advisor said, flags the job about to walk and matches the call to a finalized invoice. A traced call is not revenue until an invoice proves it. This page compares categories, not products.
What happens after the campaign report ends?
A marketing attribution report is built to tell you the ad, the keyword and the minutes on the call. It isn't built to tell you the customer said 'let me think about it', that a manager called back, or that the job was invoiced. Same call, two different records.

What is marketing call attribution for?
Marketing attribution answers one question: which campaign, keyword or listing made the phone ring. That is the right question for a marketing team spending a budget across channels. Products in the category vary, so check any vendor's current features.
What does it usually cover? The campaign and the ring. It is a different job from scoring what the advisor said, alerting a manager while a declined job can still be saved, and matching the call to a finalized invoice, which is where Olelo starts. With its Marketing Attribution add-on, Olelo also reads your call tracker and carries each campaign through to the paid invoice.
What does a finalized invoice add?
Proof. Olelo counts a call as revenue only when it matches a finalized invoice in your own shop system, and each invoice only once. Estimates, no-shows and jobs that would have come anyway are never counted.
A traced call is a lead. An invoice is money.

Who should use which, or both?

Olelo fits
- An owner deciding which calls to win back at every store
- Advisors coached from every call
- Revenue counted at the invoice
Many groups will want both: one to buy the calls, one to win them.
