Olelo Intelligence is a revenue operating system that helps multi-unit auto repair owners see how every shop is running, who needs attention and what to do next. A win counts only when a finalized invoice in the shop's own system proves it. Franchises and roll-ups are standardizing on Olelo, and Hawai'i Angels led its $1M angel round.

What has Olelo proven?

Every call

scored, with no sampling

Every call at a connected shop is scored out of 100 in seconds by a patent-pending engine: six dimensions, 77 behavioral tags.

How calls are scored
At the invoice

or not at all

A call counts only when it matches a finalized invoice in the shop's own system, and each invoice is counted once. Estimates, no-shows and jobs that would have come anyway never count.

No invoice, no count: how we measure
Standardizing

Franchise brands and roll-ups are standardizing their shops on Olelo: Turbo Tint, Mister Transmission, Milex, Velocity Auto Care, RMS Auto, Lex Brodie's and Relay Hill.

Why do roll-ups standardize on one system?

Because every store they buy runs its own phones and its own shop system. Olelo connects read-only to both and writes nothing back, so an acquired store is scored on the same scorecard as every other store in the group.

Then it helps each store's team two ways. Passive help takes routine work off the team: missed calls answered, every call scored, calls linked to finalized invoices. Active help points the team at the right work: a manager alerted in under 60 seconds when a job is slipping, and Advanced Coaching for every advisor.

Why does call-to-invoice evidence build up?

Most call tools stop at the transcript. Olelo keeps going: every call is answered or recorded, scored, escalated when a job is at risk, and then matched to the repair order and the finalized invoice.

That last link is the rare part. A call with a known invoice outcome shows which calls turned into finalized invoices, by advisor, by shop and by brand. A transcript alone never shows that outcome.

Each newly linked call adds to that record, at every shop on Olelo. The engine that scores them is patent pending.
